2. License Grant: When purchasing a product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the PROXYSTORE software. The software is not sold, only licensed.

3. License Restrictions: You may not resell, share, transfer, reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to bypass any security or licensing systems. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the license.

4. License Security: The buyer is solely responsible for protecting their license key. PROXYSTORE is not responsible for any loss, theft, or compromise of the license.

5. Delivery: License keys are delivered digitally after successful payment confirmation. Delivery of the key constitutes full completion of the order.

6. Payments: We accept payments via cryptocurrency on the website and PayPal, Revolut, or Skrill through Discord tickets. All payments are processed by third-party providers.

7. Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital software licenses, all sales are final once the license key has been delivered. By purchasing, you consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the license is delivered, in accordance with EU law.

12. Limitation of Liability and Security: PROXYSTORE is not responsible for any loss, theft, compromise, or unauthorized use of a license key, user account, computer system, or email address. The customer is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their devices, accounts, and license. If a license is lost, stolen, or compromised, PROXYSTORE is not obligated to replace it. Any recovery or reissuance of a license, if offered, may be subject to an additional fee.

13. Modifications: PROXYSTORE reserves the right to update the software and these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

14. Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Portugal and the European Union.
